Brighton uses his experience in the Disability sector and business strategy, planning and design; people leadership and management and diversity & inclusion enhancement initiatives to assist clients with their human resources management strategies and organisational design. Brighton is an experienced consultant with in-depth leadership and management expertise. His core experience lies in Assessment, leadership development, talent management, feedback delivery, competency frameworks, training, and coaching.

He has worked across the Disability sector and community sector including Local government & not for profit sector and has over 15 years of practice. Mr Brighton holds a master’s degree of Business administration from the Australian Institute of management (Aim). He also attended leadership and management courses at the same institution and Diploma of Disability studies at Kangan Institute.
Brighton also holds Graduate certificate in management and Graduate Diploma in management from the Australian Institute of management. Brighton has had the privilege of being coached and mentored by several notable figures, including the professionals at Aim, notable managers along his career and He enjoys listening to music.
